Message located in the rear differential. Changing the final drive changes all the gear ratios, when you include all gearings between the motor and the ground. 4th gear will still be 1:1, but the wheels will move by a different amount for each rpm of the motor. Hope that's clear.

To build on what ztunerz is saying above, I am sugesting you go the opposite direction of leader gears. Rather than make the final drive larger, from 3.69 (TT) 4.11 or something, you would get a smaller multiplier like 3.0 or even smaller. This would make gears 1-3 useful again (or more of them useful) and you would have a higher top speed.
